You can use this function to send a request to our support directly from HiCAD. After calling up the function, simply log in to my-ISD with your access data. You will then automatically find yourself in the ISD support portal. Just fill out the form, attach files if necessary, and then click Create Request. The new ISD support portal will be available to customers in Germany from October 1, 2019.
