HiCAD 2020 - display of different variants
This function allows you to create a dependent part or assembly based on a single part or an assembly. The original part can be replaced by the dependent part in the model drawing.

The Dependent assembly function can only be used with original parts, which are
- externally referenced and
- not located in a locked assembly
In BIM projects this function is not available, i.e. it is greyed out.
Offizielles Video Abhängige Baugruppe
Mit der neuen Abhängigen Baugruppe können unterschiedliche Fertigungsstände dargestellt werden. Die Funktionen Abhängiges Teil und Abhängige Baugruppe wurden zusammengelegt. So ist nun nur noch die Funktion Abhängiges Teil verfügbar, die sich jedoch im Allgemeinen wie die bisherige Funktion Abhängige Baugruppe verhält.
